What is included in a pack?
Each project includes 6 different style previews of your portrait, which allows you to pick your 2 favorites and export them in HD.
Packs include 1, 5, 10, or 20 projects so you can plan gifts and mailers with confidence.
What is a style preview?
A style preview is a grid of smaller images of your portrait. It allows you to see what your portrait will look like in the chosen style before making your final decision to export in HD. Most previews are made of a 4-image grid, while the realistic styles are a 2-image grid.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. If you have unused projects after 12 months, they will expire. We will send friendly reminders so you can make the most of your credits before they run out.
Do I get usage rights?
Yes. You receive commercial, marketing, and gifting rights on your generated images. Rights are non exclusive. You must own or have permission to use the photo you upload. You can use your images for mailers, social, listing marketing, and client gifts.
How fast is the turnaround?
From end to end the whole process takes minutes. Upload your photo, preview styles, adjust the title and subtitle, and export print ready files right away. Great for last minute closings or seasonal campaigns.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear front view in daylight usually works best. Try to keep the house centered, not too far nor too close, and avoid heavy shadows or strong reflections. You can use the magic brush to remove small distractions before generating the portraits.
Can I add branding or text?
Yes! You can add a title and subtitle in your chosen fonts among the available list. Many agents include the address, a short line like "Our First Home", and their name or team name on cards and prints.
Can I update the original photo?
Yes! You can update the source image. One active original per project is supported so you keep things tidy while working.
What image types will I export to?
The HD files are high-quality image files, up to 6000x6000px at 300 DPI, and support common US and EU paper sizes up to 20x20 inches (50x50 cm). You can choose to export them in the following formats: WebP, PNG, JPEG.
Do you ship prints?
No :/ Digital files only. You can print anywhere you prefer, local or online.
Do you support teams or brokerages?
With each purchase you get a single login email, but it's easy to share with your colleagues!
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the AI costs incurred by image generation, we cannot offer refunds at this time.
